The Chauvin Arnoux CA 1631 Voltage & Current Process Signal Calibrator simulates and measures DC current loop between 0 and 24mA and DC voltage between 0 and 20V. It can be used to calibrate instruments on-site and without removing them from processes.

This simple-to-use process signal calibrator accurately measures and simulates low-level signals encountered in industries such as metallurgy, steel, agri-food, hospitals and civil engineering. To this end, the Chauvin Arnoux CA 1631 Voltage & Current Process Signal Calibrator includes the following functions:

Simulation: generates a DC current loop or DC voltage signal with precisely defined values; this signal is applied upstream of the measurement chain.
Measurement: the values measured by the Chauvin Arnoux CA 1631 Voltage & Current Process Signal Calibrator can be compared to the readings determined by the panel meter; alternatively, the measurements can be compared to the simulated input value.
