This special bundle package contains a Chauvin Arnoux CA5231 digital multimeter and a mini AC current clamp that can be used to carry out current measurements up to 100A AC.
The CA5231 itself is an ideal product for use by many different electrical specialists, and allows users to carry out AC voltage, resistance and continuity/diode testing procedures with several different ranges.
It includes a special VlowZ function which allows the device to negate problems caused by disturbance voltages, and the device is resistant to high voltages and can withstand overloads of up to 8000V.
The included clamp device is designed to clip easily into the CA5231 and allows users to test AC current levels without the need to break a circuit. Simply clamp the device around the thing you wish to test, and the CA5231 will relay the results through its backlit LCD screen.
This product is IP54 rated, IEC 61010 compliant and comes with CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V safety ratings.
