10 x Lockout Tags - Do Not Operate with Switch Symbol

Use these high quality lockout tags with electrical switches to show that they're locked out and shouldn't used.

The tags should be applied to an applicable lockout device which stops the switch from being activated.

These tags are made from high quality material which is resistant to tearing plus other forms of damage such as water, oil and extreme temperatures.

The tags read 'Do Not Operate' and have a symbol of a switch on one side. On the reverse side the tags have space for a name and date plus the text 'Equipment Locked Out By'.

Each pack includes a total of 10 tags.
