Use this panel lockout as an effective method of preventing access to an electrical panel's switch (recommended for use with level switches).
The larger version of the LT-SQS lockout, this box is better suited for use with larger switches. To install, attach the base plate directly onto the electrical panel over the top of the switch using the super-strong adhesive backing or by riveting/bolting to the panel.
Once the backing is intalled, place the square-shaped cover completely over the switch and secure in place with a lockout padlock. The switch should now be completely covered, preventing access until the padlock and cover are removed.
