About Dry Block / Metrology Well Calibrators
A dry block or dry-well design features a heated block, containing a temperature-controlling sensor. These calibrators are used in accurate, liquid-free calibrations of temperature devices. Metrology Wells weigh less than 8.2 kg (18 lb) and have a small footprint, which makes them easy to transport. Field environment conditions are typically unstable, having wide temperature variations. They are designed for the industrial process environment and fast speed to temperature.
