Insert this probe-style digital thermometer into meat to measure core temperature.
The thermometer consists of a 45mm dial attached to a 105mm stainless steel pointed penetration probe with tip diameter of 4mm.
ETI’s 800-804 thermometer measures temperature from 0 to 120°C in 1°C divisions. It also has specific sections clearly marked on the dial for beef, lamb, veal, pork and poultry.
