A simple to use, low cost analogue thermometer with needle scale, the ETI 800-809 is great for any catering application and free-stands or hangs from a shelf inside the oven to determine temperature levels.
The dial of the thermometer has diameter of 55mm and shows temperature in divisions of 10°C. Colour-coded zones indicate temperature levels, while a green line shows the minimum temperature that commercial hot food display units should be kept at.
