ETI 810-279 Super-Fast Mini Thermometer

Pocket-sized, super-fast response digital thermometer for use in the catering industry.

The 810-279 has a fast response, 2.5mm diameter probe tip which will respond with a temperature measurement within 5-6 seconds of being inserted into food.  Measurements are highly accurate (±0.5°C) and temperature measurements can be taken over a wide range from -39.9 to 149.9°C.

Need to calculate the maximum or minimum temperature over a period of time? Use this thermometer’s MAX/MIN mode to do this! You can also freeze the current value on the display with the data hold function.

This digital thermometer is supplied as standard with a probe cover with integrated pocket clip.
