Capabable of measuring electromagnetic field radiation with frequency from 50MHz to 3.5GHz with optimised measurements for 900MHz, 1800MHz and 2.7GHz, the Extech 480836 is also capable of carrying out measurements in different units that can be selected from a dedicated button on the front of the tester (mV/m, V/m, μA/m, mA/m, μW/m, mW/m², W/m², μW/cm², mW/cm²).

To make obtaining a measurement significantly easier, the Extech 480836 comes with a non-directional (isotropic) measurement probe to ensure that EMF radiation can be detected from any direction.

This meter comes with a selection of additional accessories as well including MAX hold, Average calculation, manual storage and recall of up to 99 records and an audible alarm with user-programmable threshold.
