Extech IR400 Mini Infrared Thermometer

The Extech IR400 Mini Infrared Thermometer is a compact IR thermometer with a temperature range of -20°C to 332°C / -4°F to 630°F and distance to spot ratio of 8:1. This instrument is suitable for 90% of surface applications as it features a fixed emissivity of 0.95.

The Extech IR400 Mini Infrared Thermometer’s integrated laser pointer ensures that the user is able to aim accurately and provides a visual indication of the identified target area. Furthermore, this laser, like the Extech IR400 IR Thermometer’s illuminated display, makes the Extech IR400 suitable for use in dark and/or visually challenging environments.

Also adding to this instrument’s practicality is its measurement functions. The Extech IR400 Mini Infrared Thermometer includes a Min/ Max Hold, allowing the user to determine the measurement most relevant to the application. In addition to this, the Extech IR400 Mini Infrared Thermometer features an Automatic Data Hold function which is activated when the trigger is released.

The Extech IR400 Mini Infrared Thermometer also includes an Auto Power Off function optimised for preserving battery life and thereby reducing downtime.
