The Extech VFM200 VOC & Formaldehyde Meter can be used to measure the concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and formaldehydes in the air. It is specifically designed for checking the indoor air quality of homes, offices, factories, hotels and schools.

The Extech VFM200 VOC & Formaldehyde Meter includes a high-accuracy fuel cell formaldehyde sensor. This sensor has a fast response time and is able to measure the concentrations of the following chemicals in real-time:

Measurements for the TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound) and HCHO (Formaldehyde) concentrations are indicated simultaneously and in real-time on the Extech VFM200 VOC & Formaldehyde Meter’s backlit display. The user can elect to view measurements in either ppm or mg/m³. The Extech VFM200 VOC & Formaldehyde Meter also features adjustable high and low alarms with audible and visual alerts.

Finally, this compact and easy-to-carry IAQ meter is supplied with a rechargeable battery and a universal AC adapter/ charger. The Extech VFM200 VOC & Formaldehyde Meter also features an Auto Power Off function for preserving the unit’s battery life.
