Advanced Leak Detection

124 microphones strategically arranged for optimum performance coupled with a 12MP digital camera ensure the FLIR Si2-LD Industrial Acoustic Imager can detect hard-to-find leaks easily and efficiently. Capable of locating leaks from up to 200m (656 ft) from the source, staff can not only pinpoint difficult-to-reach leaks but may remain a safe distance from potentially dangerous equipment.

Furthermore, an 8x digital zoom also adds to the FLIR Si2-LD Industrial Acoustic Imager’s ease of use and detection capabilities while an ergonomic, single-hand design with automatic tuning contributes to its simplicity of operation. Additionally, an integrated measurement and cost analysis function makes identifying and prioritising the repair of the most detrimental leaks obvious and quick. This feature supports the calculation of the most common industrial gases including ammonia, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, helium, and argon.

Bearing Fault Analysis

In addition to locating leaks, the FLIR Si2-LD Industrial Acoustic Imager is ideal for identifying bearing faults allowing you to detect defects before equipment failure. To this end, the FLIR Si2-LD Industrial Acoustic Imager includes a Mechanical Fault mode which automatically selects and optimises filters to facilitate mechanical issue identification. This presents the opportunity to address faults earlier reducing repair costs and downtime.

Fleet Management Functionality
