The FLIR TG275 Automotive Diagnostic Thermal Imaging Camera is a combined non-contact thermometer and infrared imager specifically designed for the automotive industry. Thermal Imaging Camera
The FLIR TG275 Automotive Diagnostic Thermal Imaging Camera can be used to troubleshoot issues pertaining to batteries, relays, switches, exhaust manifolds, AC condensers and drive train components. It will measure and image temperatures quickly, improving the speed and precision of diagnosis. To this end, the camera has an IR resolution of 160 x 120 (19 200 pixels) and a measurement range of -25°C to +550°C (-13°F to +1022°F).
It is also equipped with a 30:1 spot ratio, allowing the user to conduct non-contact temperature measurements from a safe distance, and an IGM™ (Infrared Guided Measurement) function consisting of a high-precision, energy-efficient IR laser, enabling precise measurement of the specified area/ component.
Additionally, the Automotive Diagnostic Thermal Imaging Camera features FLIR’s MSX Image Enhancement function designed to improve the clarity and detail of thermal pictures by overlaying visual images (captured using the integrated 2MP digital camera) on to corresponding IR images. As a result, the user is able to identify sources of faults or potential faults more easily, quickly and accurately.
It features six selectable colour palettes allowing the user to enhance the aspects of the IR image most relevant to his/her application. The mechanic is able to choose from the following palettes: iron, rainbow, white hot, black hot, arctic and lava.
Memory
Equipped with an Image Recording feature and 4GB storage, the user can capture and save up to 50 000 images. He/she can save multiple pictures to document the identification and repairing of problems. Thermal images can be transferred via a Bluetooth or USB connection.
Ergonomic
Images are viewable via the FLIR TG275's bright, 2.4” display. This infrared camera also includes an integrated bright LED torch for seeing in dark and/or difficult-to-access spaces.
Moreover, the convenient, compact and rugged design ensures that it is easy to use and suitable for use on automotive work sites. It has an IP54-rated enclosure protecting it from dirt, dust and oil.
