FLIR ThermoVision EFD Desktop Computer Solution

The FLIR ThermoVision EFD Desktop Computer Solution is an industrial computer designed for use with FLIR’s A615, A315 and Ax5 Thermal Imaging Cameras; when used with these IR imagers the user can implement an Early Fire Detection (EFD) System with minimal configuration and without programming.

There are two versions of this industrial computer available. These versions differ in regards to the number of FLIR thermal cameras they are able to support:

• T199724: FLIR ThermoVision EFD Desktop Computer Solution with 4 Camera Licenses

The FLIR ThermoVision EFD Desktop Computer Solution includes application software with advanced algorithms that facilitates the system’s ability to identify potential fire risks whilst minimising false alarms caused by vehicles and other sources of heat. The FLIR ThermoVision EFD Desktop Computer Solution monitors temperatures and alerts the user when an unusual temperature increase has been detected. This, combined with thermal footage captured by the connected cameras, allows the user to mitigate fire risks, as well as monitor equipment/ assets continuously even in total darkness.

The FLIR ThermoVision EFD Desktop Computer Solution’s alarms are user-customisable, they can be programmed to alert the user when temperatures above a specified limit have been detected. Additionally, the user can define events and view recorded videos for specific events using customised alarms. Moreover, via the addition of a video wall, the user can view live image streams and results using a multi-tab screen solution.
