With the dimensions of just 1.52 in by 0.62 in diameter (38 mm by 16 mm diameter) and weight of merely 1.6 oz (46 g), the valve is cleverly designed using 303 stainless steel which makes it rugged and hard wearing.
The adjustable pressure setting ranges from 725 to 5800 psi (50 to 200 bar). It is preset to a value 2,900 psi (200 bar) with a repeatability of relief setting to 10% of the nominal setting. Also it quite easily fits directly into the pressure relief valve port of 700HTP-1 pump using a multi-turn adjustment screw with1/8’’ NPT male thread to set preload on internal disc springs.
