Don't rely on expensive consultants and machinery to measure vibration levels - the Fluke 810 vibration tester puts the the power of a full team of vibration professionals directly in the palms of your hands.

Incredibly easy to use, the 810 is designed to make determination of the root cause of a problem with machinery as simple as possible. All it requires is a technician to enter basic information such as RPM and horsepower and then the 810 can use this information to calculate measurements of overall vibration and diagnose the problem with just one button press.

If you haven't got a vibration analyst on hand, using the Fluke 810 means you could save valuable money calling someone in when you can just do it yourself. Incorporating the latest innovations in vibration testing technology, the 810 boasts the ability to easily diagnose faults within your machinery, with helpful advice and the fault itself listed clearly on the 810s' integrated, super-bright screen.  The on board fault indicator will clearly display what's wrong with your machinery and includes the ability to tell you of faults with bearings, misalignment, unbalance and looseness.

The Fluke 810 fault diagnostics essentially work with a three-step routine, allowing you to get to the root of the problem before productivity drops and you lose potential income in your business.

  • Step 1 involves you entering basic information about your piece of machinery into the 810s, allowing it to know what it is dealing with. This stage also includes a selection of handy hints for setting the device up and taking measurements, ensuring any professional can do vibration testing.
  • Step 2 fits the device into your maintenance routine, quickly measuring the problem.
  • Step 3 diagnoses the problem, the root cause and how damaging it could be to the machinery.

Fluke 810 Vibration Tester Key Features

  • Direct on-board identification and location of common mechanical fault such as bearings, misalignment, unbalance and looseness
  • Find the root cause of a problem without the guesswork usually required when vibration testing
  • Fault severity scale shows four severity levels to indicate how bad the problem detected is
  • Gives advice on how to carry out repairs depending on detected faults
  • On-board extensive contextual help to guide users through using the tester
  • 2GB standard memory allows storage of testing records and is fully expandable
  • Self-testing functionality
  • Laser tachometer built into the unit allows measurements of RPM without contact
  • Tri-axial accelerometer reduces measurement time by 2/3 over single axis accelerometers
  • Bright full colour LCD screen
  • Ideal for use on fans, blowers, motors, belts and chain drives, gearboxes, couplings, centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, sliding vane pumps, propeller pumps, screw pumps, rotary thread/gear/lobe pumps, piston compressors, centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, closed couples machines, spindles and more
