Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter Description

This rugged digital multimeter can measure the following electrical parameters:

• AC/DC voltage: up to 1000V
• AC/DC current: up to 10A (0.1µA resolution)
• Resistance: up to 50MΩ
• Capacitance: up to 9999µF
• Frequency: up to 200kHz
• Temperature: up to 1090°C (using the supplied Fluke 80BK-A Temperature Probe)
• Duty cycle
• Conductance
• Diode

The Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter offers true-RMS AC voltage and current readings, enabling the measurement of non-linear signals, and can measure DC voltage and current to an accuracy of 0.05%. It is auto and manual ranging and will indicate measurements on its large-digit display with an analogue bar graph and two-level backlight. As standard the Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter has a 3 3/4 -digit resolution (6000 counts), however, this can be increased to 4 ½-digits (20 000 counts) when necessary.

In addition to the aforementioned measurement capabilities, the Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter includes the following data functions:

• Peak Capture
• Min/Max/Avg Recording (enables the capture of intermittents as short as 250µS)
• Relative mode: calculates and displays the difference between two readings
• Hold
