Gagemaker Internal Pitch Diameter Inspection Gauge

These Gagemaker Gauges measure the pitch diameter of internal threads, including V and Acme thread forms, across a wide range of diameters from 1½" to 24". As part of the PD-6000 Series, these gauges offer a significant advantage over traditional plug gauges by providing direct, quantitative measurements of pitch diameter instead of merely indicating pass or fail results.

These gauges have interchangeable contact points to accommodate various thread pitches. Measurement accuracy depends on presetting the gauges to a predetermined dimension using gauge blocks, micrometers, or the Gagemaker MIC TRAC setting system.
