The GMI PS500 Series is a portable gas detector that can measure up to five gases simultaneously, using electrochemical, catalytic, PID, and infrared sensors. Choice of 20 plug-and-play sensors that can be swapped, providing maximum versatility.
Large display, a triple alarm system, datalogging capabilities, and an optional internal pump. It is certified to multiple international and regional standards, such as ATEX, CSA, CE, IECEx, and INMETRO.
The PS500 is particularly useful in noisy environments, featuring a very loud (95dBA) penetrating and distinctive audible alarm together with a high visibility large area visual alarm. Pump, diffusion, or both together, allowing pumped sample for pre-entry checking and diffusion in confined space working, thus maximising battery life.
Robust, moulded, rubberised casing guaranteeing Hi-Impact resistance, the PS500 can be used in the most demanding environments.
Drycell, Long duration NiMH, and Fast Charge models are available with or without a pump and a variety of sensors to choose from. Please get in touch to customise your PS500.
