Pack of 10 high quality lockout tags made from high impact styrene and flexible polyester.
Our lockout tags are highly resistant to water, oil, extreme temperatures and tearing, making them ideal for any lockout conditions regardless of where you're working (including indoors and outdoors).
These tags have a safety warning on the front which states 'Hands Off - Do Not Operate' along with clear danger warnings. Space is included for adding the signature or name of the person who installed the lockout, plus the date.
On the reverse side these tags also have space for the name and date plus the text 'Equipment Locked Out By'.
