The Kern ADB Analytical Balance can be used to weigh precious stones. It is highly accurate and features electromagnetic force compensation in order to ensure the most accurate weighing. The user is able to switch between measurement units at the touch of a button and all values are indicated on the Kern ADB Analytical Balance’s large, LCD display with a digit height of 16mm.
The Kern ADB Analytical Balance also includes a Piece Counting feature as well as a Percentage Determination feature. The latter function allows the user to ascertain the percentage deviation from the target value (100%). The Kern ADB Analytical Balance also includes a 6-key operation interface, ensuring that the user can easily switch between the desired measurements and functions.
In addition to this, data can be exported to a compatible Kern printer (NOT included) via the RS232 interface and is printed along with the date and time.
With regards to its practicality, the Kern ADB Analytical Balance has been designed to be compact and is supplied with a large, glass draught shield with three sliding doors. This shield protects the item being weighed from contamination without obscuring the user’s view and providing him/her with easy access to them item-under-investigation.
