The Kern OZM 982/3 Stereo Microscope Sets – Spring-loaded Arm with Clamp are cost-effective, easy-to-use, pre-configured microscope sets available in two versions:
- Kern OZM 982 Binocular Stereo Microscope Set – Spring-loaded Arm with Clamp
- Kern OZM 983 Trinocular Stereo Microscope Set – Spring-loaded Arm with Clamp
It is possible to connect a camera to the Kern OZM 983 Trinocular model, allowing the user to transform it into a digital microscope suitable for documenting and creating quality reports. PLEASE NOTE that it is not possible to connect a camera to the Kern OZM 982 Binocular Stereo Microscope.
With regards to all the other components, the two Kern OZM 982/3 Stereo Microscope Sets are the same. Each features a zoom objective capable of providing continuous magnification between 0.7x and 4.5x. Further to this, each set includes the following:
- Stand: spring-loaded arm with clamp
- Holder: with double handle
- Illumination: 4.5W LED ring light
The 4.5W LED illumination ring ensures that the sample is always illuminated accordingly, whilst its spring-loaded arm with clamp allows the user to make quick, simple adjustments. The making of adjustments does not affect the stability of the Kern OZM 982/3 Stereo Microscope Sets as they are held in place via the clamp and an internal gas spring.
Each of the components included in the Kern OZM 982/3 Stereo Microscope Sets ensures that they are able to provide a large working distance, an extra-large field of view and an excellent resolution; thereby facilitating the user’s ability to capture sharp, high-contrast, colour-true images.
