The Lockout Lock LT-PS-SL-S helps to protect against an unexpected start-up of equipment during maintenance and repair work. The device discourages unauthorised use of tools and equipment and supports good practice in the control of hazardous energy and 'Lockout Tagout' procedures (LOTO), OSHA Lockout / Tagout regulation 29CFR 1910.147 Compliant.
The device is reusable, durable, has a high-visibility red colour for easy identification, and is made from polypropylene. For use, simply insert the locking device into the Female socket, bring over the socket flap to hold it in place, and lock it with a suitable Lockout Hasp & Padlock. Available in small, medium, or large.
