The Mark-10 WT-205M Motorised Wire Crimp Pull Tester measures crimped wire terminations following UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE, and MIL standards. Crafted for destructive and non-destructive pull tests, it measures crimp pull forces up to 200 lbF (1 kN) with exceptional accuracy and repeatability.
The WT-205M supports multiple test modes, including pull-to-break, pull-to-load, and hold-at-load. It provides consistent speed and force application and reduces human error while improving compliance with UL 486A/B testing procedures.
This wire crimp tester has a standard adjustable terminal fixture for wire sizes up to AWG 3 (6.3 mm), auto-save on break, auto-reverse, auto-zero, and a self-tightening wedge grip. It also has storage for up to 2,000 measurements and integrated pass/fail indicators. Data transfer is straightforward via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analogue outputs, while MESUR Lite software (included) permits real-time data acquisition and one-click Excel export.
