This lockout can be used with valves with diameter from 127 to 165mm.

Designed to resist cracks, abrasions and even the effects of weather, this medium-sized lockout can be used indoors and outdoors, completely surrounds a valve handle to prevent operation and includes space for three lockout padlocks.

They're also extremely easy to install - just take apart, fit around the valve and insert the screw fitting before attaching padlocks. Quick and easy!
