Megger DLRO600 Low Resistance Ohmmeter
Megger's DLRO600 is a low resistance ohmmeter that can be used to quickly determine either a single measurement value or test resistance levels over a time period.
The measuring range of the DLR600 (subject to supply voltage and leads used) is from 0.1μΩ to 999.9mΩ. The tester uses varying test current from 10A up to 600A and all tests are carried out with high basic accuracy and resolution.
Three different testing modes are available on the DLR600: Normal, Continuous and Auto. Normal tests just like you'd expect and applies a current to measure resistance for a few seconds. Continuous maintains the test current over a time period to measure resistance differentials, and auto mode automatically applies the most applicable level of current to ensure that results are as accurate as possible. Tests on the DLR600 also use four-wire methods, ensuring that the effects of the resistance of the leads doesn't interfere with the resistance reading.
Once testing is finished the data can be directly stored on the DLR600's built-in memory which allows storage of up to 300 individual testing records. An alpha-numerical keypad also allows notes and adjustments to be made to stored data, while an RS232 port on the tester allows download to PC and a printer.
