About the Megger MOM690A Low Resistance Ohmmeter
Megger's MOM690A is a portable system for measuring contact resistance on high-voltage equipment.
This is the upgraded version of the Megger MOM600A. The MOM690A is the only model in the series which has built-in memory storage for your results. With full support for downloading to a PC using Megger's optional MOMWin software, you can set ranges automatically, measure resistance continuously, and automatically capture readings at a preset test current. If you're looking for an automated, easy-to-use low-resistance measurement solution, the Megger MOM690A is a great fit.
The MOM690A also has an expanded range compared to the MOM600A, with 0-800A DC output or 660A AC output. In AC mode. The MOM690A can be used to test a breaker with a CT mounted in its current circuit or as a general-purpose current source in many different applications.
