Metrel MI3280 Digital Transformer Analyser

Metrel’s MI3280 is a digital transformer analyser for use in many industries such as power plants and distribution, rail system, ships/boats and measuring voltage quality and power loads and can be used on power transformers up to 1,6 MVA, voltage transformers and current transformers to diagnose turn ratio, phase deviation and excitation current of single and three phase transformers and winding resistance of single and three phase transformers.

The unit comes built into its own sturdy carry case which is IP65 protected (when open) and IP54 (when closed) making it perfect for use in harsh environmental conditions. It features a brightly lit 3.4” colour LCD screen to give clear readings an all parameters, and with a simple user interface and full QWERTY keyboard, the tester is extremely intuitive.
