PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display
The PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display is a durable, configurable and versatile panel meter optimised for voltmeter applications. To ensure that the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display indicates measurements to the best resolution it includes Programmable Gain Amplifiers. PGAs determine the input voltage range by selecting the smallest range available that accommodates the two input voltages entered during scaling. The maximum voltage input supported by the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Panel Meter is 40V DC. Each of the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display’s channels can be programmed independently and are able to accommodate up to eight input voltage ranges.
The PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display includes two analogue inputs and two alarm outputs. It can be configured using the free PanelPilot Software (available for Windows 7, 8.1 and 10) and a ‘Type A to Mini-B’ USB cable.
Using the PanelPilot Software the user can configure the appearance and operation of the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display. The software is equipped with multiple voltmeter configuration options and further meter applications can be downloaded from PanePilot’s subscription service. The PanelPilot software can be used to program the following parameters:
- Meter type
- Text labels (including units and graph labels)
- Background, graph segment and text colours
- Input scaling/ calibration (at two points)
- Decimal points (entered during scaling)
- Splashscreen image (the user can select an image, for instance, a logo, to appear upon start-up)
Once the configuration of the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display has been completed, it can be uploaded to the panel meter via the aforementioned USB connection. It takes approximately 15 to 35 seconds to transfer and affect the configuration.
Measurements are viewable via the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Panel Meter’s 2.4”, colour, TFT display with a resolution of 320 x 240px and 16-bit colour depth. Graphics, such as a user-specified splashscreen image, are automatically converted to this format. The PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display features a rugged and scratch-resistant Corning® Gorilla® glass window making it suitable for installation in challenging environments.
This IP67- and NEMA 6-rated panel meter also includes an IP67 12-way connector. Inclusion of an IP67 12-way connector and a 32mm nut ensures that the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display can be easily installed. It also includes a rubber seal to cover the mounting hole once the 32mm nut has been fully tightened. The PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display can be fitted into panels up to 10.5mm deep.
Finally, the PanelPilot SGD 24-M-IP 2.4” Waterproof Dual Input Voltmeter Display has an operating voltage of between 4V and 30V DC.
