REMS Collum 22 V Cordless Roll Grooving Machine

The REMS Collum 22 V is a powerful mobile cordless roll grooving machine. It accommodates steel pipes ranging from DN 25 to 300 (1 to 12 inches) with wall thicknesses up to 7.2 mm and can groove up to 12 inches in diameter.

It weighs 34 kg and has a practical D-shaped handle with a soft grip. Overload protection prevents overheating through motor temperature monitoring (NTC) and an electronic battery charging status indicator with a two-coloured LED.

Capable of roll-grooving a 4-inch steel pipe in about 77 seconds. It has a 21.6 V battery motor with a 500 W output, and the grooving speed ranges from 27 to 20 rpm. The Collum 22 V includes three pairs of groove rollers (pressure roller and counter-pressure roller) for a working range of DN 25 to 300 (1 to 12").
