REMS Hydro-Swing Hydraulic Pipe Bender

The REMS Hydro-Swing oil-hydraulic hand pipe benders are suitable for 90° bends. The tools accommodate a range of pipe materials such as soft copper, carbon steel, and composite pipes—and are ideal for tight spaces, achieving bends on pipes up to 22 mm in 18 seconds. Four options are available to choose from.

  • Stainless steel and nickel steel pipes (press fitting systems): Ø 15–22 mm, s ≤ 1.2 mm
  • Soft, coated carbon steel pipes: Ø 12–18 mm, s ≤ 1.2 mm
  • Soft precision steel tubes: Ø 10–22 mm, s ≤ 1.5 mm
  • Multi-layer composite tubes: Ø 14–32 mm
• Interchangeable, marked bending formers with angle scales
