The REMS KaliGrat E Sets calibrate external/internal deburring composite pipes with diameters ranging from 14 to 63 mm. They have a steel calibration mandrel with integrated deburring blades and a stable sleeve to protect the mandrel. The tool can be operated manually using the included REMS KaliGrat E ratchet handle or electrically via the REMS Helix 22 V VE cordless drill or any drill driver with a 1/4" bit holder and speed below 500 rpm.
The ratchet handle is designed for easy operation, allowing fast feed and comfortable handling thanks to its ergonomic plastic grip with a ratchet function. It also offers a quick-change feature, enabling swift switching between calibration and deburring heads using a spring-lock mechanism. The set comes in a sturdy case, and three options are available.
