Siglent SDG1000X Plus Series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator

The SIGLENT SDG1000X Plus Series dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generators have three maximum bandwidths of 25, 30, and 60 MHz. The series has TrueArb and EasyPulse technology, providing high-fidelity, low-jitter signals. The 1 GSa/s sampling rate and 16-bit vertical resolution enable accurate waveform reconstruction with minimal distortion in both the time domain and amplitude.

EasyPulse technology eliminates the one-clock jitter and achieves independent rise/fall time adjustments, ranging from 10 ns to 22.4 seconds, with fine-tuning steps as small as 100 ps. TrueArb technology avoids skipped points in waveform creation. The generators have three operational modes - continuous, burst, and single.

The SDG1000X Plus attributes include a dual-pulse output function to measure switching parameters and dynamic characteristics of power devices when paired with SIGLENT oscilloscopes. PRBS outputs range from PRBS3 to PRBS32, with adjustable rates between 10^-6 bps and 40 Mbps and edge adjustments from 10 ns to 1 μs. They also have a sequence playback supporting up to 8 Mpts/ch waveform storage depth.

Additional capabilities include rich modulation options (AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, PWM), burst modes (N cycle and Gating), and frequency/amplitude sweep tests with linear or logarithmic types and up/down directions. A built-in browser-based remote control and a high-precision frequency counter tests within 0.1 Hz to 200 MHz.
