Siglent SDS5000X HD Series Digital Storage Oscilloscope

The Siglent SDS5000X HD Series is available in 4-, 6-, and 8-channel configurations with bandwidths of either 350 MHz, 500 MHz, or 1 GHz. This series has a 12-bit vertical resolution, a sampling rate of 5 GS/s, and SPO technology, which enables a waveform capture rate of up to 650,000 waveforms per second (wfms/s) with 256-level intensity grading.

Every configuration has an ultra-low-noise signal path, high-precision triggering, multi-channel correlation, system-level debugging, serial decoding, and deep memory up to 2.5 Gpts/channel. The 8-channel models facilitate one-shot capture of events across multiple voltage rails or real-time observation of three-phase motor drive signals. The 8-channel models also have built-in Power Analysis, Bode Plot, FFT, and Mask Test tools.

The HD Series includes a responsive 12.1' capacitive touchscreen, intuitive multi-touch controls, and a thoughtful user interface. The functions include Search and Navigate, History mode, and serial bus decoding (I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, etc.). For SiC/GaN-based high-speed switching designs, the 1 GHz models capture rise times in the picosecond range.
