The Sofamel D-TUERI is a personal omnidirectional electric field detector. The device provides an additional safety element for the operator.
When the operator is close to an electric field between 10kV - 66kV and exceeds a distance of approximately 1 metre for 10kV and 3 metres for 66kV, the detector sounds a signal. The alarm does not stop sounding until the operator is clear of the dangerous zone.
