The Sofamel D-WATCH 1-10KV is a personal voltage detector watch. The watch is designed to indicate to the operator with an acoustic signal of its presence. The alarm will trigger in a danger zone between 1kV - 10kV and at a distance of approximately 40cm for 1kV and 2m for 10kV, the detector maintains the acoustic signal until the operator moves away from the voltage source. The device is always alert.
