The Teledyne FLIR Bridge/ Bridge Pro IIoT Edge Gateway is an industrial internet of things edge gateway for collecting data gathered from multiple monitoring sensors and FLIR automation thermal cameras. It supports an array of software platforms including Pi Historian and OPC UA. Using the Teledyne FLIR Bridge/ Bridge Pro IIoT Edge Gateway you can monitor and analyse the condition of assets in one place, helping you to reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity, reliability, and safety. The Teledyne FLIR Bridge/ Bridge Pro IIoT Edge Gateway can be easily integrated into asset monitoring systems; it will automatically detect FLIR automation thermal cameras. The Teledyne FLIR Bridge/ Bridge Pro IIoT Edge Gateway is compatible with FLIR’s A50/A70, A400/A700, AX8, A310, A310f, and A500f/A700f. It can also collect information from any sensor that outputs data in a common industrial protocol such as REST API, MQTT, Modbus, and OPC UA.
Sensor data can be controlled using the Teledyne FLIR Bridge/ Bridge Pro IIoT Edge Gateway. For instance, apply filters or mathematical equations before sending information to third-party asset software, and/or create at-the-edge alarms and alerts. You can output processed or raw data separately or independently. Data can be transferred to multiple on-premises and cloud destinations. It is also possible to reduce data volume to save on bandwidth or create space for more sensor inputs, while a built-in buffer prevents data loss when connectivity is poor or intermittent.
