Waterproof across both the tester and its probe, the Testo 108-2 is perfect for checking temperature of food in kitchens, food preparation and storage, restaurants and anywhere else food temperature is important.
The 108-2 comes with a screw-in lockable probe which can be removed or secured as needed by the user. The probe is a type T immersion probe that can perform measurements of temperature from -50 to +300°C.
This product is ideally suited for ensuring you conform to HACCP and EN 13485 guidelines.
