The TM Electronics SVK1 Sous Vide temperature monitoring kit is HACCP-compliant, accurate, and dishwasher-safe. It includes an IP67 waterproof thermometer, an extra fine needle probe, self-sealing foam tape, and a case. Suitable for testing the temperature of food, meat, chicken, and fish in a water bath without compromising the vacuum seal. Close monitoring is advised.
