The TPI 312C is a waterproof penetration/immersion thermometer suitable testing the temperature of food and liquids.
Easy to use with a long penetration tip, just insert the probe into whatever it is you need to test and a value will be displayed on the screen. Temperature can be measured between -58 and 300°F (-50 to 150°C) with accuracy of ±2°F and resolution of 0.1°F.
TPI 312C Pocket Digital Thermometer
This meter is IP67 rated and comes with a data hold function which temporarily freezes the last value taken on the screen.
