This handheld, portable meter is suitable for finding the optimal angle of inclination of solar panel installation, measuring light intensity through windows and determining the effectiveness of solar film/window tinting.
The 510 measure solar irradiance values in either W/m² or BTU across a range of 0 to 1999W/m² (0 to 634BTU). It can measurable a wide variety of light sources, including all types of visible light.
Measurements taken can be saved temporarily on the 510's screen using the data hold button. It is also possible to calculate the MAX/MIN values taken over a time period.
