The TPI 9075 is suitable for vibration analysis and condition monitoring, with multiple kit options to suit different user requirements. Whether supplied as a standalone sensor or bundled with software and an Android tablet, all variants are built around the same core wireless accelerometer, designed to capture accurate vibration data and transmit it via Bluetooth for real-time analysis.
Take remote vibration readings using the free Ultra App, making it ideal for assets that are difficult to access, positioned at height, or located behind safety guarding. The sensor can be placed directly on the machine, allowing users to stand back and safely view live readings on a mobile device. This approach improves both safety and efficiency during routine inspections and fault investigation.
The system supports rapid fault identification, remote vibration readings using the Ultra App, colour-coded alarm levels, ISO vibration standards and Bearing Damage Units (BDU). For more advanced diagnostics, users can analyse complex vibration behaviour using an 800-line spectrum with zoom and cursor functionality.
Measurement data can be viewed in multiple formats, including ISO, BDU, displacement, and total g, alongside detailed diagnostic tools such as FFT analysis, VA bands, and time waveform views. The TPI 9075 can be supplied with the Ultra App alone, combined with C-Trend II software for advanced trending and analysis, or as a complete package including an Android tablet.
