The Beha-Amprobe 38XR is a true-RMS digital multimeter that can be used to carry out DC/AC voltage, DC/AC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, temperature and duty cycle testing procedures.
Featuring several measurement ranges for each parameter, the Beha-Amprobe 38XR is ideal for both low voltages and high voltages up to 1000V. It can also measure current levels between a range of 100μA to 10A, resistance from 10Ω to 40MΩ and frequency levels up to 10MHz. With the use of the include type-k thermocouple probe the 38XR can also be used to carry out temperature measurements up to 2372°F (1300°C).
As well as its measurement facilities the Beha-Amprobe 38XR also comes with additional features such as a backlit, LCD screen for using the multimeter in darkened conditions. It is also fully safety fused, comes with a continuity beeper and can display MIN/MAX/AVG measurements. When left idle the device will automatically shut down in order to save batteries, and it also includes relative, peak and data hold functions.
This is one of the few digital multimeters on the market which can be connected to a PC and measurements downloaded for further analysis*. Ideal for engineers designing and troubleshooting industrial automation and control systems.
