The Chauvin Arnoux CA876 is a versatile testing instrument that can be used to carry out both type K temperature measurements and IR temperature measurements.
Capable of measuring IR temperature from -20 to 550°C, this unit features a built in laser targeting system for exactly lining up the point where the IR measurement should take place. All IR measurements are carried out with 10/1 targeting range, adjustable emissivity from 0.1 to 1, accuracy of ±2% reading or 3°C and resolution of 1°C.
This infrared thermometer is also capable of carrying out type k thermocouple temperature measurements from -40 to 1350°C with accuracy of ±0.1% of reading +1°C and resolution of 1°C.
The CA876 is a portable, lightweight unit that is suitable for testing in various different applications. It includes a 2000 count digital display, auto hold functions, high and low alarms, MIN/MAX measurements and comes with a backlight for using the tester in darkened conditions.
