The Comark DHH Stainless Steel Hot Holding Thermometer includes a HACCP Zone on the dial. We know that it is very important to keep food hot until serving to prevent harmful bacteria from growing. Hot food must be kept at +63°C or above, except for certain exceptions. The red HACCP zone makes it easy to see if hot holding temperatures are at optimum levels.
The DHH Stainless Steel Hot Holding Thermometer can stand or be hung within a hot holding cabinet for convenient temperature checks.
