This temperature probe is specifically designed for measuring the core temperature of meat such as burger patties, chicken etc.
The tip of this probe is needle thin with diameter of 1mm and length of 90mm. The end of the probe is sharp to make it easy to insert into meat being tested.
The probe will respond with a temperature measurement in under a second and can measure temperature from -75 to 250°C. A 1m coiled connection lead terminated with a type K thermocouple connector is included with the probe.
You can use this thermometer with thermometers and similar instruments which accept type K thermocouple probes (sold separately).
