Extra-thin needle probe for measuring the core temperature of small, semi-solid items and also for use in sous vide cooking.
The probe is made from high quality stainless steel and attached to a 1m PTFE lead. This is terminated with an industry-standard type K thermocouple which can be used with a wide variety of thermometers and similar instruments (sold separately) which accept this type of input.
This probe will respond with a temperature measurement in less than a second and can measure temperature from -75 to 250°C.
The diameer of the tip is 1.4mm reducing to 1mm and the length of the probe is 50mm.
