ETI Therma 22 Type T/Thermistor Catering Thermometer

Suitable for practically any temperature application in the catering industry, ETI’s Therma 22 is compatible with optional Type T thermocouple or thermistor temperature probes.

A high accuracy, easy-to-use thermometer specifically made for use in catering and the food industry, the Therma 22’s flexible design means it can be used to test everything from the core temperatures of food to surface temperatures (depending on the probe used).

If you require higher accuracy measurements, using a thermistor probe is recommended. If you require faster measurements and a wider measurement range, a type T thermocouple probe is recommended.

The temperature range of the Therma 22 varies depending on the probe used. For thermistor probes, the measurement range is -39.9 to 149.9°C whereas the range with Type T thermocouple probes is from -39.9 to 400°C.

To ensure the spread of bacteria is kept to a minimum, the ETI Therma 22 includes ETI’s Biomaster additive which is designed to stop the growth of bacteria.
