This penetration-style NTC thermistor probe is made for use with ETI’s DOT oven thermometer/several other thermometers.
The probe is ‘L-shaped’ with a curve from the handle to the probe. This probe is recommended for use when monitoring food temperature inside ovens or similar applications.
With this probe you’ll be able to measure temperature from -50 to 300°C.
Supplied as standard with a 1.2m stainless steel braided lead.
