Note: there are two versions of this probe are available. Both are identical apart from the length (one is 114mm, the other is 305mm).
These reduced tip penetration probes are designed for use with ETI’s DOT thermometer.
Ideal for monitoring food temperatures in ovens, both probes have a 1.2m stainless steel braided lead which is suitable for remaining inside the oven while the thermometer is placed on the outside.
Both probes can measure temperature from -50 to 300°C.
